We are a family-owned and operated clinic just outside of Appleton, WI in the Fox Valley and have been serving our community proudly since 1973. Although our clinic has been focused on modernizing our approach to medicine and client servicing (we are completely paperless!), our clients look to us as the quintessential small-town vet. Our business has been rapidly expanding and we’re looking for amazing people to join our team!
So why would you want to work with us?
- We put a high importance on work-life balance; our staff’s mental health is our number one priority.
- Culture, culture, culture – we are as proud of our medicine as we are of the positive work culture that we strive to cultivate.
- We are one of the last privately family-owned clinics in our area, so you get to practice medicine the way you want.
- People over profits! We have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, which means we have your back against abusive clients.
- We have a young and dynamic staff which makes for a fun work environment.
- We offer flexible scheduling with Saturdays off.
- No commission-based pay. We want our doctors working with each other, not competing.
- We care about our community and do more work with shelters and rescues than any other clinic in the Fox Valley.
